Delivery Information:

Products ordered and paid for will be sent to the address you state when placing the order. Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. We will not be held responsible if your item cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you, and you will be responsible for the cost to resend/reroute the item to you.

Malaysia

Delivery is free for all shipping to West and East Malaysia unless otherwise stated in the individual product details. Delivery will be made using Pos Malaysia or Pos Laju, as we deem suitable.

However, we reserve the right to ship by other courier/ post companies as we see fit.

Smaller items will be dispatched by Pos Laju. We aim to dispatch all orders (except pre-order items) within 2 working days. Delivery may take up to 5 working days for Peninsula Malaysia shipping, and up 10 working days for Sabah/Sarawak shipping from dispatch date, especially during seasonal and public holidays.

Should you require the item urgently (same day or next day, within Klang Valley), this may be arranged on an ad hoc basis, additional charges may be incurred. Please contact us before placing your order.

International

We ship internationally. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you country is not supported, international delivery can be arranged, please contact us for the postage rate for your country. Please note that international postage rates quoted will not include any customs or duties incurred at your delivery country, and these costs are to be borne by the buyer/receiver of the goods. Please note that for outskirt areas, additional shipping costs may be incurred, and should this occur, you will be given the option to cancel your order and payment refunded.

Where possible, all items sent will be tested to ensure that they are in full working order prior to shipment. This will avoid unnecessary costs incurred due to returns on defective items.

Please allow an extra 7-10 working days to accommodate for delays during peak times.
