Refunds Policy

Returns Policy:

Please note that all goods sold are non returnable and non refundable.

In the event the goods sold are faulty but stock is not available for an exchange within the next 14 calendar days, the buyer may choose to return the goods unused in its original condition with original packaging intact with any free gifts (if applicable) for a full refund of the purchase price. If the goods are found to be not faulty and not defective, or defective due to inappropriate use by buyer, no refund will be entertained, and the buyer will be responsible for the costs to resend the item back to them.

Exchanges will only be accepted on defective item(s) reported within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, except for items covered under warranty whereby the warranty period and liability covered differs for each item.

Terms and Conditions for exchange of faulty or defective items are as follows:

  • ● Returned item(s) must be unused in its original condition with original packaging intact.
  • ● Seven (7) calendar days are counted from the date the merchandise is signed for, signed date inclusive.
  • ● Delivery Charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Buyer pays the delivery for returning any items.
  • ● Prior to any exchange, please email info@themusiclovershop.com for return address and return procedure. Where necessary, a photo of the physical fault or damage with detailed explanation should be included in your email.
  • ● If it is found that the item returned is not defective; or is defective due to inappropriate use by the buyer, no exchange will be entertained and buyer will have to pay for the delivery incurred to return the item to them.
  • ● We reserve the right of the final decision on all disputes.

Should your item arrive damaged, incurred during the transit process, you must bring all the items contained in that shipment including all packaging, to make a claim at the nearest Pos Laju office within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Pos Laju will not entertain any claims made after 48 hours, and if you fail to make a claim at Pos Laju within the stipulated time frame, we will not be held responsible and no claims for reimbursement will be entertained.
