Returns Policy:
Please note that all goods sold are non returnable and non refundable.
In the event the goods sold are faulty but stock is not available for an exchange within the next 14 calendar days, the buyer may choose to return the goods unused in its original condition with original packaging intact with any free gifts (if applicable) for a full refund of the purchase price. If the goods are found to be not faulty and not defective, or defective due to inappropriate use by buyer, no refund will be entertained, and the buyer will be responsible for the costs to resend the item back to them.
Exchanges will only be accepted on defective item(s) reported within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, except for items covered under warranty whereby the warranty period and liability covered differs for each item.
Terms and Conditions for exchange of faulty or defective items are as follows:
Should your item arrive damaged, incurred during the transit process, you must bring all the items contained in that shipment including all packaging, to make a claim at the nearest Pos Laju office within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Pos Laju will not entertain any claims made after 48 hours, and if you fail to make a claim at Pos Laju within the stipulated time frame, we will not be held responsible and no claims for reimbursement will be entertained.
