Terms and Conditions:

All goods sold at The Music Lover Shop are Brand New in Box unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order through our site, you agree that:

• (a) You can enter into binding contracts
• (b) You have read, understood and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions (returns policy included) contained in this website.

All goods sold are non returnable and non refundable, and exchanges will only be allowed if the product is defective. Please refer to the Returns Policy for more information on exchanges. Products ordered and paid for will be sent to the address you state when placing the order. Once the products have been delivered, the responsibility of the products transfers to you. Product descriptions on this website are subject to change at any time, for example when a product is updated by the manufacturer. Before placing an order, please check that the description meets your needs.

All offers are limited in supply and we reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. We cannot be held responsible if a special offer or if any product becomes unavailable for delivery after an order has been placed. Should a product ordered become unavailable after ordering and payment, a full refund will be made to the buyer, and we will not be held further responsible after the refund has been processed.

Price shown is in MYR and includes delivery to West and East Malaysia, unless otherwise stated in the product details.

While all reasonable care will be taken when packaging the items, should your item arrive damaged, incurred during the transit process, you must bring all the items contained in that shipment including all packaging (as Pos Laju will weigh the items with packaging), to make a claim at the nearest Pos Laju office within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Pos Laju will not entertain any claims made after 48 hours, and if you fail to make a claim at Pos Laju within the stipulated time frame, we will not be held responsible and no claims for reimbursement will be entertained.

Except as part of ordinary use of the website, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, download or use in any form the contents of the website without first obtaining our permission.

We reserve the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and without any prior notice. You are strongly advised to read these terms and conditions prior to each order, and not assume that they have been unchanged since your last visit.
